Money transfer must be arranged when you got the confirm invoice from us or reservation ins refund and cancellation policy.
The deposit secures the reservation and is non – refundable
Important: Customer will have to pay the full balance of the reservation on arrival at the resort and must pay for the duration of the stay booked. For example, it a 50 % Deposit has been paid for 7 nights stay, customer will have to pay the other 50 % Direct to the resort on the date of arrival. If the full balance is not paid on arrival, the Resort reserves the right to not allow the customer to check – in and cancel the reservation with no refund.
In the event that the customer will arrive late, the customer must telephone the resort to inform them of late arrival. The customer must arrive no later than 1 day after the Check – in date. If the customer arrives any later than 1 day then the resort may cancel the reservation with no refund. There is no refund in the case of early check – out.
These conditions are non – negotiable.
