Reservation Policy

• Extra Bed Extra Person Charge Per Night : 700 THB inclusive of breakfast.

Minimum Stay.
3 Night for any reservation during full moon period.
5 Night for any reservation during Christmas and New Year period.

Children’s Policy
Children under 12 years of age can stay free when sharing a room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding without extra an bed but a maximum of 1 child per room and no meals included.
Baby cot costs 400 THB per night for children between 1-3 years of age.

Meals
Buffet Breakfast served Daily only from 8.00 am until 10.00 am.

200.00 THB. Per person per meal Adult for 12+ years of age.
100.00 THB. Per person per meal for Children 4-12 years of age.

Dinner
24 Dec. Christmas Eve Dinner: 1500.00 THB. per person (compulsory). Adults 12+ year of age.
And 750.00 THB. per person (compulsory). Children 4-12 year of age.

31 Dec. New Year Eve Dinner: 1500.00 THB. per person (compulsory). Adults 12+ year of age.
And 750.00 THB. per person (compulsory). Children 4-12 year of age.

**All Children’s under the age of 4 are free of charge for all contracted meal arrangements.

Transfer Service
120 THB. from /To Tongsala pier to resort per person per way. Minimum charge 2 persons.
***requested to be inform guests arrival detail to the resort at least 1 day before arrival date.

Non Arrival Policy
In the event of guests on arrival, the resort will charge a fee equal to the full length of stay (initial booking) .

Payment
Full PRE –PAYMENT for all bookings at least
7 days prior to arrival for low season.
14 days prior to arrival for high season.
30 days prior to arrival for peak season.

Cancellation Policy
any cancellation or reduction in number of accommodations booked within the minimum period specified hereunder.
Low Seasons : 1 night charge if cancelled within 7 days
High Seasons : 1 night charge if cancelled within 14 days
Peak Season : 1 night charge if cancelled within 30 days
